Installing Presets
Lightroom Classic
Unzip the .zip download to access your new presets.
Open Adobe Lightroom Classic.
Click the “Develop” tab.
Go to the “Presets” panel on the left side of the window, click the “+” icon at the top, and select “Import Presets” from the dropdown menu.
Navigate to your unzipped preset folder and import the .xmp files.
Lightroom CC
Unzip the .zip download to access your new presets.
Open Adobe Lightroom CC.
Locate the “Edit” panel on the right-hand side of the window.
Expand the “Presets” panel at the bottom of the editing tab.
In the “Presets” panel, click the “…” button at the top and select “Import Presets” from the menu
Navigate to your unzipped preset folder and import the .xmp files.
Lightroom Mobile
If you have already installed the presets to your Lightroom desktop app, Adobe Creative Cloud will automatically sync your presets to your mobile app. Alternatively, you can follow the instructions below to install presets directly to your mobile app.
Transfer the .dng files to your phone via email, Dropbox, or another file transfer method of your choice.
Open the Lightroom app on your mobile device.
Navigate to the top-right menu button “…”, select “Add Photos”, and select the .dng files to import them.
Select one of the .dng files, and click the “…” icon in the top right of the screen. Then, click “Create Preset.” You can choose to save the preset to a new Preset Group to keep your presets organized (recommended). Repeat this process for each of the .dng files.
Installing LUTs
LUTs can be installed in a number of different programs including Adobe Premiere Pro, and Final Cut Pro, among many others. Below are instructions for Adobe Premiere and Final Cut Pro.
Adobe Premiere:
On a Mac, navigate to /Library/Application Support/Adobe/Common
On a PC, navigate to C:\Program Files\Adobe\Common
Within the “Common” folder, create a new folder called “LUTs”.
Within the “LUTs” folder, create a new folder called “Creative”.
Copy the LUTs to the “Creative” folder. Your LUTs can now be easily accessed from the Lumetri color panel.
Final Cut Pro
Open the “Effects” browser and click the “Color” tab on the left.
Drag and drop the “Custom LUT” plugin onto your footage.
Import your LUT by selecting it from the dropdown menu.
